These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Grindex mobile app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Grindex. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Grindex is a personal tool for recording and analysing your own live poker results, managing staking arrangements as records, and sharing content with people you approve. Grindex is not a gambling service, a casino, or a real-money gaming platform. No betting, wagering, or play for money happens in the app, and no funds are processed through the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Grindex lets users record backing (“staking”) deals — including makeup, percentages, splits and settlements. These are records you and the other party create. Grindex is not a party to any deal, does not hold or transfer money, and is not an escrow, payment, or financial service. Any actual settlement of money happens entirely between users, outside the app and at their own risk. You are solely responsible for the agreements you enter into.
You keep ownership of the content you create (sessions, posts, photos, notes). You grant Grindex a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you and the users you share it with. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the right to share it.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms. You can report content or block users within the app.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that statistics or records are error-free, and the Service is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Currency conversions are estimates based on third-party rates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grindex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from staking arrangements or money transferred between users, or from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
